I recently stayed at your homestay and wanted to share my feedback. While I really appreciated the ambiance and the spacious room, there were several issues during my stay that I believe need attention.
The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival, and I found several cockroaches and rat's during my stay.
the shower handle was also broken, which made using the bathroom quite inconvenient.
Some of the air conditioning units were not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times.
I do believe that with some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better experience. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I did enjoy the room size, but the maintenance issues significantly impacted my stay.
I hope this feedback helps, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Travelling with an infant can be challenging, but the team at the Taj Fort Aguada went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. They were incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. We were touched by their genuine affection for our baby, always ready with a smile or a playful interaction, making our little one feel like a star.

Really enjoyed my stay. Specially the owner made the stay very special. Very helpful and did much more than normally required. If you stay here you will be taken care of. Close to the beach and restaurants but far enough not to be bothered by noise.

The food was very good and great value. The place has a welcoming and friendly vibe. Location is also good - walkable to everywhere and close to the beach.

A lovely apartment in a well maintained complex. It has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. I was traveling with my pet who was also very happy there. Having a well equipped kitchen made my holiday very easy. The location is away from the tourist crowd. As I had a private car, I was very comfortable with getting around. Thank you for keeping your space pet friendly.
Excellent resort/villas with all facilities, some construction work ongoing bar site which makes me reduce 1 star, also there are pet dogs of property which can be a bit of nuisance but overall excellent family vacation place.
