a perfect homestay experience out of the City and in the village. everything needed for a simple life, all within walking distance. the apartment is spacious and has all the basics for a comfortable and simple life. Amazing little hotel with fantastic service. We got trusty taxi referrals from the reception and the cleanliness was topnotch. Breakfast also had a decent spread although it is hard to compete with local restaurants!
Location was fantastic, just a walk to Kozhikode beach and on a busy road making it easy to catch rickshaws for quick commutes around the city. Highly, highly recommend

Excellent location & apartment facility. The host was very welcoming & understanding about our 2 dogs travelling with us. Fabulous view of the sea from the apartment and easy access to clean beaches and all the awesome food joints near the beach road. The apartment had large rooms with glass partitions and lots of natural light giving a very airy feeling.. The kitchen is a fully functional unit meant for full fledged cooking not just basic heating functions l8ke other vacation apartments. The apartment location is also not crowded

the property was in a good location. It is very clean with ground floor parking, uninterrupted water supply. the property is pet friendly and this is the reason we chose it.
The resort had a perfect location set on riverside of chaliyar river offering you a house boat ride at reasonable rates. The breakfast was lavish and mouthwatering. The pool had fresh water, apart from this there were many activities such as feeding the fishes was the bestand a new experience for me. Lastly the facilities were superb and the staff was amiable and nice.
Location wise it was bang in the centre of the old commercial district and near the beach. This was a old property which was renovated recently to keep up with the competition
