The hotel is very well located close to the village centre and ferry. It is very quiet around and the place feels very cosy. All service were exceptional breakfast, spa etc.
The staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Ferenc who helped us out with dinner when all restaurants and shops around were closed.

The property was so beautiful, in a quiet town yet, still not too too far from Budapest and well connected with public transport. The hotel was clean and cost with great facilities and clean, comfortable rooms with a view! My favourite thing about this stay was the lovely staff. They were SO kind and helpful and even let me check in early for a nearby wedding and provided a free breakfast and coffee.

The Csillag Panzio has a good location (a couple of minutes´ drive to reach the town centre on the No.2 Road) and as our room was facing the courtyard (no. 15) it was a quiet one. Altogether there are 15 rooms, so it´s a cosy guesthouse. There´s a rather big courtyard, in which we could park our car comfortably (there´s room for approx. 8-9 cars). Upon our arrival we received the key and the remote control to operate the electronic gate. Our room was rather big (with an extra bed in there, which we did not ask for), the beds were comfortable but were twin beds rather than a double bed. The bathroom was clean with a shower cabin. The breakfast was delicious and plenty and the breakfast room is nicely organized. There is a jacuzzi in the courtyard but as we travelled in October, we did not use it.

The house is located in the forest on top of the hill/mountain where many hiking paths start. And thus very quiet. There is a lot of space and together with the parking, it is surrounded by a fence with an automatic gate for which you get a remote control.
A bench in the small garden to eat outside. Even though it was hot outside, inside the house the temperature was still ok, even with the airco switched off. Beds were comfortable and it was overall clean.
Very friendly personnel, and great calm location accessible easily from Budapest via public transport. It is placed just by an impressive panoramic view on the region and we were happily surprised to discover it was the oldest refuge in Hungary.
The apartment was lovely, with a nice view. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony listening to the sounds of the forest. The location was central to the places we wanted to visit, like Estergom, Sentendre and Visegrad. The host was so lovely and helpful.
The location of the lodge is second to none - in the middle of the woodlands, right by the mountain top observation point! The room had a very comfortable double bed and lots of storage space. Everything was very clean. There was a very good choice of snacks and drinks at the bar, including espresso-based hot drinks. Breakfast was included in the price and they had a good choice of continental style breakfast meals. There was access to cooked evening meals, but these had to be purchased separately.
Kata and Mark are super attentive and fiendly people. They are approachable, discreet and caring. The place is perfect for those, who are out there, looking for a safe place to hide or recharge. The location and the atmosphere was perfect.
Would recommend also for those, who are traveling alone.
We booked two rooms, delicious big portions of breakfast, the staff was very good: friendly person at reception on our arrival and all the staff were nice and friendly at breakfast and during our stay. Good location, delicious lunch and dinner options. Clean rooms, bathrooms comfy beds.
It was a cozy little room in a gorgeous old building, with a lively restaurant area on the ground floor. All meals we had there were delicious. The beds were super soft, and the room was tidy. It’s location is perfect for someone wishing to enjoy nature, relax or hike in a nice area. Perfect for a short getaway from everyday life.
