Quiet location in the country, very large yard in the back, the house is basic but lacks nothing and is very charming, exactly as the photos show.
Providing inner courtyard views, Madaras Házak in Cserhátszentiván offers accommodations and barbecue facilities. There's a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

We have stayed here twice now, the location is calm, peaceful and perfect to relax for a romantic weekend. The hotel is spotless and well equipt, staff very effcient and polite. The highlight was the room,. large, modern and a perfect bathroom, view and facilites. The food is also great, plentify, wide choice and all of good quality, it would be hard to find a fault with the hotel
The property very well reflects the atmosphere of the amazing UNESCO village of Holloko. There is a nice verandah to sit outside the house and soak in the village vibes. The host Peter was very helpful during check in and with suggestions about Holloko. The rooms give an authentic rustic feel as was desired when I booked.
We loved the whole vacation, but i need to mention the restaurant and the Chef:
the food is fantastic, varied, high-quality, you could say fine dining category!
The chef came to introduce himself, explained the menu for the day and presented the dishes from the show kitchen.
It was the best in its category where we have been so far.
Must to visit:) (sure we will come back again)
Great location. Hotel is relatively new. Very clean room. Wanderful view on sourounding hills. Fantastic, various food was served during buffet breakfasts and dinners. Spa was nice with various saunas. It was nice to relax on the grass outside, just next to the spa area.
Great location right at the heart of the old village. Traditional village house, but with all the modern necessities (no TV if you care for having one). Great starting base for the nature trails around the village. All the people we met in the village were the nicest and made very kind and caring neighbours.
