I barley give 10 for rating but could not give less than 10 to this one. If you got a car this is a perfect place to stay near to the national park and other area around. The place has everything you need and is just awesome to stay there.

Exceptional Stay at Plitvice Pension PerisicWe had an excellent experience at Plitvice Pension Perisic. The host was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to bring our dog, which was a huge plus. The location offered plenty of space for our dog to walk and enjoy nature, making it perfect for pet owners. The room was clean, and the breakfast was rich and satisfying. We were traveling from Zagreb to Split but we decided to make one stop in Plitvice National Park which was worth it, but then in our way from plitvice to split, a snow storm reach us so it was impossible to continue our trip so we booked relaxed home Rajna at the last minute. We understand they were not prepared to receive anyone as there was a snow storm, they received us very well, though.

Our family of 4 (kids are 12 & 14) are wrapping up 7 months of travel. After 45 different stops along the way, I will say that Hedgehog’s place is AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! What an incredible escape from the busy cities that are also awesome in their own way to a simpler time. The scenery is beautiful, then layer in the myriad of animals (sheep, wild boar, pony’s, highland cows, etc), and top it off with one of the coolest cabins that I’ve ever seen. The cabin foundation is 100+ years old, but the renovations provide all the modern comforts desired. Lastly, the little extras and finishing touches take it over the top.

The house is in a nice location, close to the town, yet not to close to neighbours. Our kids loved thst and our dog also. The hosts were super friendly.
A beautiful chalet with hills and stream in backyard. The property was very very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is also wheel chair friendly - which is so nice and so rare to see with vacation homes. The host was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful chalet, even though the hot tub was not available during the season ww went in, we did not miss it :) The surrounding rustic village was great for walks with our dog. Very close to bakeries and supermarkets yet a remote location feel.

Free renting bycicle when somebody would like to make a tour around. The bycicles from child to adult size with helmets also.
This is the best place I've stayed in a while, everything about it was perfect! Great location out in nature and away from the main road, but also near to the national park. Staff were so friendly and great to talk to. Rooms are done to very high standard and clean. The food in the restaurant was tasty and lots of local ingredients. The pool is an added bonus, and Rocky the dog!
Perfect stay. Very nice and clean accommodation with all amenities to ensure a great vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful settings surrounded by fields with sheep and cows. Our children were very sad to say goodbye to the cat and friendly big dogs. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

The house was lovely, clean, and as we were with dogs, they also loves the big garden. It is located in a silent area, only 3-4 mins drive from Vila Velebita, a perfect restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and about 15 mins drive from the entrance of the park. The host was super friendly also, we loved this place. :)
