Lovely caring owners, beautiful surroundings, very pretty secluded beaches with great snorkelling close by. Wood fire barbecue was fantastic, outside kitchen facilities, outside shower great for cooling down, lots of shaded areas under trees to relax, feeding the two friendly donkeys watermelon. Top notch restaurant next to the small airport is within walking distance, nice spot to sip beer and watch private planes land and take off. We spent only three nights here as travelling around on a first trip to Croatia, would happily spend a longer stay in this unique location. Bravo 🙌

We went here at the end of the season, beginning of Oktober. We were super lucky with the weather. I can only recommend, super friendly staff, speaking German and Englisch, too. Great breakfast.

The garden-Our dogs enjoyed it very much. The host-he is very nice, and prepare do help at any time. He came two times by to bring us some stuff and teach us how to use Jakuzzi. The Location-15 min walk to 2 beuatiful beaches in Sv Jakov, and with the car, 15 min to Mali losinj, and to other beautiful beaches and places in Losinj.
The host was fantastic. The house is marvelous. Fabulous surroundings. The grill outside was clean as a whistle when we arrived. Olive and fig trees around the house and sheeps lying under those trees gave us a genuine feeling of the Adriatic. We had exceptional vacation there. Jacuzzi was just a cherry on top. We would very much like to visit again, but,... see what we don't like :-)

Very beautiful apartment (everything was brand new and tastefully decorated). The hosts very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is located in a small village, with a restaurant a few steps away. There is also a trail leading to a small, secluded beach (10 minutes by foot), while Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj can be reached by car in 20 minutes. An excellent location if you want to get away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend it!
Casa Oliva is in a quiet location but still close to nice beaches and life in Nerezine. In this house we had privacy and everything what we need. Equipment in the kitchen and living room was maybe a little older, but clean and like your grandmother. The beds were comfortable and new and the garden with olive trees was really beautiful. The owners were really friendly and we spent a lovely week there.
This small stone house is super beautiful! The location is on a verry peaceful spot, no turist rush arround, you can really relax by your private little pool, small vilage is 2km away, where you can find the best coffe and restaurant. Definitely recommend! ☺️❤️
Great location, very quiet place, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet within a comfortable distance to nice beaches. We really liked the atmosphere of the place, cosy little house surrounded by olive orchard, big garden (our dog enjoyed it), several small spots to relax (comfortable sunbeds, sunny terrace, hammocks). Highly recommended!
