On arrival the owner Branko was there to open all doors and invite us in. All was explained where what and how. All problems encountered were easily solved by Branko. Pity that didnt apply to the people we were with !.Nothing was to much. Pool and surrounding area was always clean and tidy. Everything was in a clean serviceable condition. Any local information Branko was there to help or advise. Branko was a terrific host and cooked twice for us during our stay. All was superb and a big thank you to Branko and his team.

What i liked the most is such great hospitality, spotlessly clean guest house, beautiful pool area and garden.
Guest house is attached to the main house where host’s grandparents live. Just information if you really plan to spend holidays alone in property. Still, those two are so kind and warm people, and we really enjoy to see them and have some nice conversation. Also you see them mostly in the morning or evening. We had some problem with a car and they help us a lot with that and plenty other things with their advises. Host, Daniel, is a young man who is always available and you can contact him anytime for everything.
Guest house is so clean and nicely furnished, every room has a/c unit. A little bit small living room area with kitchen but you have everything that you might need for prepare meal, they thought of all small details. New kitchen sponge, salt, sugar, pepper, plenty clean kitchen towels, dishwashing machine detergent etc.
In laundry room plenty washing machine detergent, cleaning products, toilet paper etc.
Bathroom with plenty space for personal stuff, maybe just shower cabine could be a bit spacious.
We did BBQ almost every evening, and every single morning we found it cleaned out and ready to use placed in front of the house door.
Pool area and garden maintained daily.
We have a son 5 yo who is very active and noisy child but we never feel that he is disturbing anyone with playing and jumping in the pool, on contrary we felt so welcome and had a really beautiful vacation.
House is next to the street but there is no noise, and no luck of privacy on the pool or garden.
For beach time we used car, because we visited different beaches and we have small boy with a lot of toys for beach.

Definitely one of the best places were we stayed, it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is big, very comfortable and fully equipped. Not to mention the extreme cleanliness. The house has a beautiful yard with lots of flowers and greenery and there's plenty of space for parking. The hosts are very friendly and kind, they welcomed us with some cookies and drinks and they were available for all the questions and help that we needed. We also got a small gift on check-out, a very nice gesture. You can easily tell how much effort they put into their service. We also liked the location, very quiet and peaceful. If (or better said when) we decide to visit Krk again, we definitely know where to stay.

Linardići village is a very quiet place, located about 160m above the sea. Since only small pathways lead to beaches below, they are not very crowded and it can happen that tou have the whole beach for yourself 🙂
