If you want to stay in a cozy apartment with all the amenities, this is the place for you. Very nice host does everything to make you feel comfortable. This is the place for those who want to explore the nearby Northern Velebit National Park. Everything (parking, kitchen, bathroom, amenities, bedroom, (I think there is no air conditioning), TV, internet, freezer, etc.) is in working order and functions properly. I could not find anything that made me feel unsatisfied. There is no microwave, but during my stay in Croatia I noticed that this is common in other private apartments. This place met my needs and expectations.
I would give my highest rating 9 out of 10 (because 10 is my own home)....

This guest house was so cute! The location is walking distance to the bear sanctuary and in a peaceful area of the countryside. The host was kind, flexible, and understanding. And the food was delicious!! Definitely recommend enjoying breakfast and dinner here. They can also adapt to dietary needs, if you let them know ahead of time, and were able to prepare some vegetarian plates for me, which I appreciated.

This hotel is amazing. It is relatively new with improvements on beach front buildings still being made.
The room is modern with its own aircon unit that makes the room as cold as you can bear it even when the temps outside are 30+ degrees C.
The staff were very helpful and polite, could not have asked for more.
The hotel, whilst on a hill is very close to the sea - the pier even has its own plank for jumping into the warm sea - a great addition by the person who thought of adding that!!!
Hotel is in a small cove which means the place was very quiet when we stayed there - 3 places to walk to for dinner - we had dinner the other side of the cove and could not have been happier.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the village is a small , quiet place, that's what we were looking for. The beach was close to the apartment and not crowded. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

I stayed in this apartment with my two kids and my friend with here child. We had a great time, apartment is very clean and well furnished. The place has big yard in front with small playground for children and there is also small shop downstairs, which is practical for basic grocery shopping. Owners were really welcoming, gave us some good ideas where to eat and what to visit. Apartment is on good location, near National Park. All in all, really nice place, hope to come back again one day.
Clean, comfortable, and a great location for getting to the Velibit National Park and Kuterevo Bear Sanctuary. Bistros and supermarkets were within walking distance. Ample parking. Welcoming hosts.
The genuine hospitality of the owners who baked bread and made pancakes for us than gave us home made jams and freshly picked apples. The apartment itself was pretty drab but, if you can look past the aesthetics, you'll find a warm, comfortable space in a great location with easy access to the northern Velebit national park
