Everything, the place is perfect! First and foremost - host. Katerina is an amazing, so welcoming person. We felt there like we visited the family. She was happy to advise us where to go, recommend and book tables in the best restaurants. My son had a birthday during our stay so she and her husband who have a boat hire company did all they could to make this day unforgettable. She even bought a birthday cake and went to Nikiti to collect it. We will never forget your kindness and hospitality Katerina! Great location with a beautiful sea view with sunrise from all bedrooms and access to private beach. Easy to get to the nearest restaurants which are great and not crowded but beautiful beaches. The villa itself is a luxury place for sure. Clean, fully equipped, everything is done to high standards and it is exactly what you find in the description. After long days exploring amazing Sithonia, the terrace with the sea view was our favourite place. We will come back there for sure as we fell in love with this part of Greece.

If you're up for some adventure, there are numerous options for renting a boat, and I highly recommend it. It's great fun for the whole family and allows you to explore the beautiful coastal area. As to the host, Sakis, he is truly amazing on all levels. From the moment we entered the property, he made us feel like welcomed friends. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring his guests have the best possible experience is remarkable. Sakis provided us with valuable information about the local area, including the best places to try the local cuisine. Do not miss asking him about his special salt and technique if you plan to grill fish – it's a game-changer! This place has left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to come back. We stayed for 6 nights here and did not regret at all. The house is new, you can feel a smell of wood when come in. It’s hard to comment much: everything is just works and new inside. My wife really liked everything in a kitchen, because it has many small devices for everyday use. The view from windows are to the hills and is really great because of high location of the houses. One day we had a rainy weather and spent time making bbq on terrace. During hot weather you can use all 3 ACs (living room and both bedrooms), which are silent and powerful. The location is good to reach most of the beaches nearby, by car or motorbike. Bottom line - great house. The photo is taken 100m from a house.
