Asiakaspalvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Kaikki tervehtivät ja pitivät huolen viihtyvyydestä.Toiveen mukaiset erilliset sängyt olivat järjestyneet seuraavana päivänä sillä välin kun olimme hotellilta pois. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja tyynyjä ja peitteitä oli riittävästi. Aamupala oli ok. Hieman enempi olisi voinut olla tarjottavia, mutta tuotteiden tuoreudesta pidettiin hyvin huolta eikä kylmäketju ehtinyt katketa maitotuotteilla. Croissantit ja lehtitaikinasta tehdyt leivokset olivat hyviä. Kaikenkaikkiaan erittäin tyytyväisiä olimme majoitukseen.

Käsienpesuallas on huoneen puolella. Tässä hotellissa ratkaisu oli tehty hyvin ja se oli toimiva. Suihkutila oli riittävän iso ja tiivis, jotta vesi todella pysyi suihkun puolella. Suihkussa riitti painetta ja veden lämpötilaa pystyi oikeasti säätelemään. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä, iloista ja avuliasta. Heidän kauttaan järjestyy myös lentokenttätaksi, mutta myös lentokenttäbussi kulkee lähellä Egnatialla. Maukas aamiainen tarjoillaan kivassa aamiaishuoneessa. Tähän hotelliin aiomme majoittua seuraavallakin Thessalonikin matkalla.
