Great place to stay in. The rooms were clean, well equipped, with new furniture.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area but despite that you have everything nearby. The beach is just 1-2 minutes away, the market (which is well equipped) is ~5 minutes away, and the taverns are really close.
The accommodation is pet friendly, we were there with our pet. Also nearby, there are green areas perfect for walks with your dog, unlike Neos marmaras downtown were is close to impossible to find green areas.
Just a few steps from Spalathronisia Beach and a 8-minute walk from Agia Kiriaki Beach, Aestas features accommodations in Neos Marmaras with a garden.

kind and competent hostess! Extremely modern and comfortable apartment. A good architectural solution, every detail is well thought out. A wonderful terrace with a pool. This place is the best choice for vacation, and I have a lot of experience all around in Halkidiki.
Everything was beautiful. The owners were very polite and helpful with everything you need. Perfect if you want to bring your pet dog with you, very big yard.
The beach is just 50 meters from the house with very beautiful and clear water.

A wonderful place, with a great location in the quiet part at the end of Sarti, close to the beach, shop, restaurants and beach bars. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and is bigger than the usual ones we've slept in around here. The hosts are very warm and kind people. They love animals (we had a dog) and are very nice to talk to and give advice.
