Firstly the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Thankyou . Exceptional. This sets it apart from most others.
The property itself was immaculate and spotless with far reaching views which were breathtaking. It was very peaceful so you could relax. Just a short stroll of around 20 minutes into the heart of the Town.

We only stayed one night, arriving late.
Very spacious apartment en nice balcony. Although we did not use any of these (except water) we found fruit & fresh water in the fridge and some breadlike toast & jam.
We didn't meet the host, but communication was flawless. The center was a 15 minute walk.

Very easy communication with host - she met us to check in. When we explained we wanted to sleep in separate beds, she quickly made up the spare bed for us. Nicely decorated especially the balcony, well-equipped kitchen and appreciated the breakfast snacks. Very central location - 10 minutes to the main street, restaurants, bars etc and 15 mins or so to the beach.

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.
Overall, our experience at Villa Manolia was absolutely outstanding. From the fantastic facilities to the incredible host Fotis and the ideal location, we highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Greece!

The small terrace is amazing (see listing photos), even if it rains, the tent will protect you.

Windows are tinted (more like reflective coating) from the outside, you can leave curtains open during the day. Very good noise isolation as well.

Everything: the location at the beach, close to Preveza Center, easy parking. Lovely hosts who fulfil any wish and give you plenty of privacy too. Dog lovers. Beautiful garden and fresh products to eat from. Even fresh chicken eggs. Full fridge and cooked breakfast if you like. Ideal for younger people too- because the hosts are extremely tolerant and nice people. Always hot water and a washing machine for clothes. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped- two balconies and pleasant rooms. Can really recommend.
The host was nice and in the fridge she left snacks and fresh water for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is peaceful and quite close to Preveza city centre, around 10 minutes by car.
Excellent location. Convenient to all the shops and the sea. Across the walkway from a little taverna that would serve you meals on your balcony, if desired with a 10% discount. In spite of being across from the taverna and just about 50 meters from several cafe-bars, once inside the apartment there was virtually no outside noise at all. The internet was very fast. Best of all, the apartment was pet friendly, so my little Pekingese and I had a lovely stay!
