Wendy and Faas were very easygoing, welcoming and sweet. Breakfast was tasty and simple, better than many hotels. If you like serenity and cats, this is the place for you! The room was huge for a solo traveller. It was clean and nicely decorated. The view from my window overlooked trees and it was very peaceful. There was no AC but there was a fan- no need for it in September though. Great place to stay in Molivos for families and couples. Wifi was fast. Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away. There are parking spaces nearby and the bus station is a 10 minute walk. Beaches are downhill, easy to get to. The bathtub was a nice touch. Checking in and out was very comfortable. There’s a shared fridge in the kitchen for your stuff. Closeness to the nature and the center was balanced.

Daniel seemed nice enough. But it seems that he wasn’t able to help us with our stay and eventually cutting our stay short due to uncomfortable conditions.

We loved the surroundings, the houses were all in the nature and very peaceful. Located nicely and not too close to each other.

Nice location. it is close to Petra, Anaxos and Molyvos. There is a really good restaurant called Avliaki in walking distance by the sea. Whole hotel was so clean, spotless.

Theodora Hotel, with its location, rooms, and friendly staff, is an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a place that is more authentic and clean rather than luxurious, it is a perfect choice. The hotel is almost 300 meters close to Petra Beach, where we spent most of our day. The breakfasts are simple but quite satisfying and sufficient. The most important thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast variety was not much, but it was sufficient and nice. The location was close to the center of Petra, but there was a very small beach near the hotel. The location of the property is good with an easy access to beach where there is a private beach bar. Like 800m away from the Petra center. The car park is enough to worry less. There is cleaning everyday. The rooms need a little update, especially bathrooms but is ok for a short stay. The owner seems to be very nice at first sight but she is the least helpful person I have ever met during my entire stay on Lesvos island for a week.
