The views, the cleanliness, the breakfast Polyxeni made JUST for us and the rest of the breakfast, coffee, the spotless room. The hosts, Polyxeni, George and their son Niko made you feel like you were staying with good relatives. Niko made a phone call and hooked us up with a boat owner who conducts surrounding islands mini cruises and he waited and took us on a nice one, on the cheap (perfect time trip duration for 60 something year olds. Probably the most pleasant stop on our two week old journey and now hope the rest 6 weeks go the same. Hotel even had adequate parking, a RARITY in most of Greece.

Very clean and relaxing place to stay. Very close to Plataria restaurants, bars and beach. Facilities were mostly great and it was lovely to have access to the pool. Also the customer service phone line was excellent, always there to help.

The studio is spacious for 2 people with the main bed being upstairs. The kitchen space is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach. Mosquito nets at the windows and efficient A/C and easy parking. Pls note that there are no shops directly near the property but few minutes by car. The hotel has a large garden and is very wisely located, the swimming pool is in the backyard, the hotel building is far from the road, the parking is large. Absolutely everything is clean, outside and inside. The breakfast is perfect, with very good selection of high quality food. We also loved the Karavostasi beach, located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I definitely recommend everyone Olivista Boutique Hotel.

Our daughter found this hotel and it was the perfect choice for a family. Wonderfully located hotel, super clean and lovely decorated, very close to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy and relax upon arriving. The host (Michalis) was very kind, welcoming and friendly, shared with us a lot of tips and recommendations, even negotiated a fair price for renting a boat that took us to Paxos. Nicely decorated and very clean apartment, close to Karavostasi beach. Ideal for families. Marina was a great host. I recommend it for those who want quiet vacation. You can even take a small hike on a very beautiful path to Dymokastro citadel right above the apartment what I also recommend
Marina, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well located both close to the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxing and sleeping. You can hear the birds and wildlife from the hills covered with thick vegetation just behind the rooms. Plenty of spot for parking, air conditioning just fine and spacious garden to relax during the sun pick hours.
The hotel offers a wonderful view, the courtyard and the garden are decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plants. Breakfast consists in appetizing dishes. The owners are very kind. Arilla Beach offers optimal conditions for recreation, even if it is 5 minutes away by car. We had an excellent stay in this location.
