Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !

I have never stayed in a place with so many things included: food, drinks, welcome basket, soaps, lotions and more. The tranquility of this place is the best. The outdoor area is amazing. I recently stayed at Caldera's Dolphin Suites in Santorini and had an unforgettable experience. The views of the caldera and the breathtaking sunsets were truly spectacular, all without the crowds of Oia. The infinity pool was amazing, with great pool service and delicious dining options for both lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. The property also features a gym and spa centre. Conveniently located near a supermarket, a winery, and the Atlantis World attraction.
The property was well located in the traditional village of megalochori, great if you try to visit Santorini but staying away from the crowded villages full of tourists. Thanks for everything :)
The place is owned by the family and all of them are sooo kind and professional! They helped us with transportation and explained how things work on the island very nicely. A lot of cats were around the hotel and we loved it. Accommodation is nice and everything was very clean, we were getting clean towels every single day which was amazing. I definitely recommend this place.
The host called us when we arrived and was.super nice, I think when someone arrives to the airport you usually feel pretty lost, so I think calling or WhatsApping at the time you arrive to let you know they are ok with you taking a bit longer to get to the location or helping you on how to get there is the best and that is what he did.
