I spent two wonderful weeks in this house. We are a family with 3 children and we all felt very well. Nancy is an extraordinary and kind host, she was careful not to miss anything, she came every 3 days for cleaning.
When we arrived we found vegetables from his garden in the fridge and he often brought us small tasty snacks.
We really liked the yard, which is very beautiful, with olive trees, bougainvillea, leander, a ficus, vine and vegetable garden.
It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, you can hear cicadas during the day and crickets at night. The children were very excited that they had somewhere to run and play. A tree house is set up for small children.
The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. And the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. What I really liked is the fact that the beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. We all slept very well.
We were sorry that the two weeks passed too quickly and we are already thinking of coming back here in the following years.

After being given complete flexibility for our arrival time, we were met with a smile, feeling very welcomed. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was good for preparing breakfast. The location was ideal for a short walk into town for dinner, and we had a lovely stay.

What a fantastic property. We stayed in the superior seafront apartment. The views were amazing.
From the moment we arrived, Maria made us feel welcome. There was provisions in the fridge, tea and coffee, water, beer, fruit and wine!
We had beach towels and she even kindly supplied a lovely beach bag. There was a washing machine and tablets to wash out our towels every evening.
The room was opposite the pool which was private and exceptionally clean!
We had air con, TVs, daily cleaning and the best part was by far breakfast on your terrace ever morning. Consisting of tea, coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt, and home made sweet and savoury dishes. Absolutely delicious.
The location was fabulous, a 2 minute slow stroll and you are on the beach just by Costa Costa and also a 5 minute stroll into Lassi of an evening. And very easy to walk in and back. Alternatively a 10 minute cab ride to Argostili.
Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we will definitely go back.

My Stay at Petania was not what I expected. We travelled on a budget so Petania stood out for us.
From the moment we arrived to us leaving we couldn’t have been happier the staff went above and beyond the room was immaculate and had everything we needed.
After arriving back to the room most evenings we had fresh watermelon and grapes put in our fridge. We were treated exceptionally. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels when needed. I can’t praise this place enough.
A beautiful, spacious, amazing home. Very clean, peaceful location with an amazing view of the bay. Well worth a steep drive up the hill. A close drive to Petani and Xi beaches and Lixouri.
Our host was exceptionally kind and responsive. Would recommend to anyone.
Everythings was great, sea view from balcony,clean and cosy apartment,very quiet place,and the host was very nice and helpful and pet friendly. Our dog was very happy. The beach with red sand was 8 min walk from the house and was very nice with good restorant above the beach.

Traditional local style of house, beautifully decorated inside, spacious, a very peaceful and safe location, lots of towels, excellent air conditioning, washing machine, welcoming snacks and water, and tons of tasty apricots from the tree in season. Close to wonderful Petani Beach and local tavernas.
Beautiful surroundings with vines, olive trees and a big allotment area where you could help yourself to the produce. Lovely and quiet, even with half a dozen cats and a dog outside. Felt wonderfully rustic yet close to beaches and Lixouri about 10 mins away. Great communication from the host
Peacefull, (apart from neighbouring dogs sometimes barking at night time), beautifull location ideal if you want quiet relaxation. Decent swimming pool is a bonus. Nice taverna within a 10 minute walk. Location may be a little remote for some but we hired a scooter so not a problem for us. The establishment is run by a very friendly and helpful local family. Very good value for money.
Zoi (herself) Lily, Peter, Elpida are such lovely people. Excellent location on a sandy beach with crystal clear water. Just 5 minutes strolllll into town.
Highly recommend ! ! Good location near Lixouri 5 min , 30 min to Argostoli ( by ferry 20 min every 30 min ) and all the famous beaches 20-30 min with car including Myrtos ,Petani beach , Lixouri beach 5 min with car .
The apartment is clean, big rooms, good kitchen , nice view from the balcony, everyday cleaning and fresh towels , air-conditioning working flawless.
