The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

Everything. But the most the host Andreas and his father. They just know how to interact with people. Very helpful and really caring people. We had a problem and they did everything possible to help us. They use their own time to help us with hours.
Also the apartments are very clean, you can find everything you need there. The nature is so beautiful and you can see the seq from the balcony.
We recommend their villa with two hands and hopefully will come back again.

Very good location of the villa. Close to all attractions of the zone. 20 minutes of walking to Laganas downtown, 5 minutes to Agios Sostis port, Comeo Island, Turtle spoot. The apartment very clean, with big rooms, the kitchen very well equipped. In Agios Soatis you'll find tavernas with amazing view, excellent food.

I don't even know where to begin... it was absolutely perfect! Eora Studios is a stunning boutique hotel owned and managed by the loveliest people - Konstantina and Sakis! We received the warmest welcome to one of the most beautifully designed rooms we've ever seen. There's such attention to detail, you can tell the owners love what they do! The room was the perfect size, the bed was super comfortable, there's a beautiful renovated bathroom, a little balcony and a mini kitchen with everything you might need. We had some treats in the fridge left by the owners too, and they were always there for recommendations of places to visit, etc. Yes, the hotel is in Laganas, mostly known as the party area for youngsters, but we didn't hear a single thing - the hotel is just off the main road so we had no issues with noise at all. I can keep going but I think it's clear we fell in love with the place and we'd love to go back! Highly recommended! Thank you, Konstantina and Sakis, we truly appreciate you having us and looking after us so well. We'll miss waking up to your beautiful place ❤️

We couldn’t have asked for a better villa experience! This place is simply stunning, with every detail thoughtfully set up. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, offering complete privacy, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all our cooking needs. The bedding is wonderfully comfortable, with fresh towels, plush pillows, and crisp linens provided.
The design is truly remarkable, allowing you to wake up to the gentle sound of the ocean. The oversized floor-to-ceiling sliding windows flood the living area with morning sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even in October, the pool was a perfect spot for cooling off on warm days.
The barbeque was an added bonus – we enjoyed delightful dinners on the terrace, which is perfectly sheltered yet open to a refreshing sea breeze, making it an ideal spot for breakfasts as well. And to top it all off, the villa is right on the beach! Just step outside, and you’re at the sea, ready for a swim or a dip.
A huge thank you to Alex for being an amazing host and accommodating whatever we needed. We can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat!

Everything was so perfect. Hosts were so polite, and good, we really felt like at home.
Room was clean and comfy and everything is really like it was on pictures. 10/10 from us and we will come back.
Ps. Location is very good. Not in the middle of clubs and noise, but close for beach and if you prefer exploring island, taxi and bus station is in front of the house. You also had great restaurants literaly in front of you :D

We were 13 people and we understood that we were a little bit louder sometimes but the hosts were not angry, very nice people. Bonus - cute dog and cats.
We received an extra bed for a person that came with us unexpectedly, besides the initial reservation. We paid for it.

The location was extremely close to the main strip of Laganas but far enough removed that you weren’t kept awake by music. A beautiful balance. Natasa was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed (including a full fridge of beers, snacks, fresh water etc.) I definitely recommend staying here.

it was one of the most impressive places I’ve ever been. The host was making sure you are feeling like home, every morning there were fresh fruits, it is even pet friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
It’s by the beach, nice quiet area and the bars are in a good location as well, staff were very friendly mostly bar staff, food had a good variety but was very repetitive.
