We booked for my father's 80th birthday and as they live in Athens it was a good location as was near and the facilities at the resort where perfect for him to not have to travel much. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel especially the staff (Fotini was incredible and accommodating) the beach, the accomodation and the food where fantastic for the price and we had a great stay. The owner was very friendly. The appt was super comfy and fully equipped, and I mean fully (perhaps add a couple of straws for ice coffee). The appt was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location is excellent for a stroll at the port without having to take the car. Recommended by all means!

The rooms were modern and clean and the pool area allowed for plenty of space to spread out amongst different guests. The pool was well kept. Everything was so clean. We experienced the most epic sunsets from the pool area. Our breakfast was delicious with generous portions and a nice variety every day. The staff was so friendly and genuinely caring about our stay and comfort and communicated all details about the place well.
Amazing staff, well done to them for keeping the property pristine and connecting with their guests in a professional yet friendly way. The location is fantastic, great pool, unbeatable sea view, fabulous breakfast.
This villa is SPECTACULAR!
The villa is at a great location, very close to Koundouros beach and restaurants/bars. Everything is brand new. The interior design is superb, the beds are very comfortable, and the layout is excellent. The villa was clean and the host extremely helpful and polite. This is by far the best place we ever rented! Book with confidence!!

Magic location, for relaxing family holidays.
The beach is only few meters away from the house, and many other options close by. The house was clean and fully functional with a lot of facilities. The host super kind and caring to offer also Greek meze and medication when was needed. Hospitality, cleanliness and location are the 3 critical strengths of this accommodation.
We will never forget the astonishing view and the incredible sunset. For sure we will come back again.
This little house is a gem, with the warm welcome of the owners and a fantastic and open view to the sea. We regretted we had booked elsewhere for the second part of our trip! The little beach down the villa is one of the best on the island. Also the location Ligia seems to be one of the most authentic and easy to reach (roads are less mountainous than on the other side of the island).

I had a wonderful stay at this holiday house! The beds were so comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect with an amazing view.
