The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

Probably the best accommodation and host in Skiathos. Perfect location with waking distance to everything, restaurants, beach, bus station, the room was modern, comfortable and super clean. Natasa surprised us with delicious homemade cakes.

It was the 3rd time being in Skiathos and the 2nd time at the hill. We rather prefer this hotel than the Entechnos Living because the rooms are bigger, newer and everything is working. Also the area is well maintained. The room maid was very lovely and made everything we asked for. And we love the kitchen area and the lovely, friendly white/copper cat which welcomed us everytime we returned to the hotel. Okay let's talk about the steep hill location: If you are normal to good driver then the two ways from up are easy. I would not recommend the way with the entrance below, here you should not drive if you are not an experienced driver (here you could dammage also your car because of the many stones on the gravel road). If you are a less experienced driver and you have fear about steep hill entrance, than better you take taxis or ask Paolo for an option. There are too many bad drivers on this road!
And finally talk about the view: You see down to the whole city of Skiathos, Skopelos and even Alonissos is to see. How could it be better?

The accommodation was comfortable and clean and located close to Skiathos Town and right next to a bus stop from which you can reach all the major beaches on Skiathos.
Nikos and his wife are wonderful hosts. Gave us a lift from and to the airport and offered plenty of advice for how to enjoy Skiathos.

The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa.
I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house.
No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind.
The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.).
Everything was clean and new.
Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches.
I strongly recommend it.

The place is fantastic for a quiet family holiday.It is calm and clean,with a great pool and very close to a beautiful beach,a supermarket and a bus stop.The olive trees are all around the hotel.The communication with the owners is easy and nice and the family is very friendly and supportive to all the guests.They even gave us a present of a traditional Skiathus almond pasta at the end.The taverna that they run serves delicious food and drinks with compliments for the guests.The island itself is a little paradise!
The hosts go out of their way to take care of their guests. I’ve been coming to the island for over ten years and this was the best experience I have had. A perfect location with clean cool rooms and delicious food. I slept like a baby as the bedrooms are well-situated with lovely linen. Thank you.

Babis was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were super clean. The little dog, Ramona, is adorable, and there are a bunch of cute cats!Property if very well kept, lots of flowers and plants. Close to everything but a bit away from the main road, which made it nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Rega and Petra were very friendly and helpful. They showed us the local beach and supermarket, arranged a taxi and provided us with 2 bottles of water to start with. The onsite cleaner/caretaker was Catherine who was very friendly and outstanding in her help and cleaning work.
The villa is well situated for the bus route, so we could easily visit many beaches and tavernas on the island, as well as Skiathos town and port.
