Great sized studio apartment with terrace area. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. A few minutes walk to a bustling port with restaurants and bars with beaches around the corner. Owner was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were travelling through so only had one night but would go back again.

Nikos and his sister took really good care of us. The view, the pool, the sunbeds were perfect. The room was way bigger than we thought it would be. The room was cleaned multiple times, the garbage was taken out every other day and we got more clean towels than we needed. There is enough parking space and Nikos was always there to help. And we fell in love with Billy en Billina.

If there was a higher rating than 10, I'd give it to this property and to its amazing owner, Adriana! The apartment is very nice, it has two bathrooms which is very convenient, and there was water, wine and biscuits waiting for us at the apartment. The property is located just outside Agia Effimia, and just a 5 min drive from Myrtos beach. It's very calm and surrounded by amazing sights. Adriana is probably the best host we've ever had! Thank you for your hospitality! I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the beautiful island of Kefalonia!

The location is very good - near several beaches, from local beaches to Antisamos, 20 minutes by car - Myrtos, also 20 minutes to the capital island.

Very nice appartment, very clean and nice amosphere. Comfortable bed, pleasant kitchen area. The appartment also has a dedicated washingmachine, the airconditioning was much appreciated too. The balcony is very spacious and gets a lot of sun. quiet surrounding (except when the farmer works on the fields nextdoor). 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Sami town center.

Awesome host that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect for us and with a vehicle we were able to venture out to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. When back in Kefalonia we will definitely stay here again
For the second year, we are guests of Dina and Pantelis. Wonderful hosts, now our friends, who make you feel at home. A quiet and peaceful place for complete relaxation. I highly recommend the place to everyone who wants a nice summer vacation!
The best location for us, quiet area, very close to Sami where the ferry arrived . Spacious flat, very well equipped kitchen, water in the fridge , even rubbish bags, great veranda to sit and relax in the late afternoon ( too strong sun in the morning) , airer to hang beach towels to dry, beds were comfortable, we would stay again.
A quiet location quite close to a rocky beach. Wonderful cafe and bakery nearby with a taverna by the sea a few minutes walk away.
