We spent a week at Oliva. The property looks exactly like the presentation pictures.
Mike and Yana awaited us at the arrival and handed us the keys. The property is spotless and we had 2 clean ups during our stay.
There is a short stroll to the Faliraki beach, the supermarket or the bus stop to the attractions on the island.

Hotel was in a good location, close to many restaurants and shops. The service provided by the hotel staff (Caroline, George & David) exceeded expectations; they were very nice, professional and helpful. The owners Glynis and Stamatis treat every guest like family. You can tell they truly care about what they do. The hotel grounds are nice. The maid service was good. Our room was cleaned everyday. Security was not an issue. The Anixis overs a lovely stay at a good price.

The location is superb as I could approach beaches by walking, and taverna and grocery are very close. Also there is a beautiful garden with lime trees. The swimming pool area is comfy for unwinding and relaxation. I will come back.

staff is extraordinarily friendly, every single one of them, all kids friendly too, the children loved them!
room was basic but clean and very spacious.
housekeeping was very good, they changed towels twice a day which is nice after the pool and also once again after dinner so you have freah towels again!
food was also okay for the price and considering its an all inclusive hotel!
