The host was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was working and we didn’t feel the summer heat. The place is great value for money.

I enjoyed every day of my stay. The food in the restaurant was so tasty—the best food ever. The staff is very good and very professional. The rooms are very nice and are cleaned every single day. I would love to visit them again. The beach which is in front of the restaurant is very nice. The staff does not treat you as an ordinary client, they treat you as a friend. I love everything in the place.

The property exceeded all of my expectations and I loved everything about it, the studio was super clean, cute kitchen with brand new appliances, spacious bathroom, clean towels, beads were extra comfy and the view from the balcony was just a cherry on the top. I've been to Polichrono many times, but by far, this is the best studio I've stayed at! Below the studios there is a cute lounge bar, the beach is just right across and you have an option to rent a sunbed or just lay on a towel. Location was perfect, and it was my birthday so I'm extra appreciative that the owner was able to accommodate an extra request on our last day, this made our stay even more perfect!

Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

The host was polite and replied quickly to all messages and requests. Upon arrival, he gave detailed instructions on how to access the property and other useful information about the apartment. The location is good, it's close to the beach and the city center. The complex has a pool. The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessities for a longer stay such as a stove, a washing machine and a big fridge. It has two balconies with tables and chairs.
The apartment is located near the beach. It is big enough for a family or group of friends, and the best part is the two big balconies. I would definitely choose it again, if they install air-conditions in the bedrooms.

Also , they are pet friendly. I liked the location because they are close to the center, but there is peace and quiet. And the beach is not far, if you know that the beaches in Kalithea are down from the main street.
We stayed on the first floor and had access to a small garden. Since we have dogs this was an ideal stay for us since they have more space to walk around. In addition, the place is really well equipped and we did not miss anything. The hosts were extremely welcoming and were available when we had questions. In terms of location, it's 10min walk from the beach and there was enough free parking space on the street.

Good area placed, quiet, nice garden, place for barbeque, lot of plants and fruits, place to cook,pet friendly (we have a husky). 12 min walk to beach by using stairs not ramp. 4 min to very good supermarket. The host very nice. 2 big tween beds plus a smaller one in the room. A big field next to property to run the dogs.we have stayed 12 nights. Very good choice!
Great location near the beach and center. Very clean and comfortable apartment with two balconies (with the sea view). The biggest impression was left by the host Mrs Fotini who is very kind and dedicated to guests. She is also an animal lover so our dog was accepted very well.
