The property invites you to relaxation and recharging your batteries. The pool is perfect and the villa has all the facilities you could possibly need: dishwasher, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, barbecue etc. The view is breathtaking, but the road to the villa is a bit bumpy and very uphill. It’s ok for a car, but it would be complicated if you wanted to walk to tavernas in the village. We managed to get to beaches, villages and tavernas very easily with our car.
The host and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good! We did not have the need to eat until dinner.
Given the price, I would recommend you to plan to enjoy your time at the villa as much as you can (barbecue, pool fun, massages etc.).

And also, the villa was stocked with the necessary items to make the first few days relaxing. The location is perfect to reach the beaches in 10-20min, near by there are 2 mini markets, tavernas, and 10 min walk you can reach amazing restaurant with amazing view of the sunset. The room was perfect with everything you need for stay the shower was amazing it was cleaned everyday. The owners were super friendly very responsive, and at the end of the stay we were given a small gift which was very thoughtful. And as a bonus there is a pretty friendly dog named Rose.

The location of the apartment is excellent, only 4 minutes drive to urban Kathisma beach, and only 15-20 minutes to Megali Petra beach. The apartment looks better than in the pictures, and the owner Evi is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and you get clean towels every day. An excellent base for touring the western side of the island. The small town of Agios Nikitas is only 1 km away, and there you can go to a restaurant and buy groceries. If you want a bigger market, Lidl is about a 20-minute drive away.
The room was so nice, clean and comfortable. Our experience was amaizing. Location is totally great. I would recommend it to you! You have nearby stores and restaurants. Just a few steps from the room. In my opinion, the most beautiful beach in Lefkada was the one closest to the apartment! The staff was very helpful and friendly.. But most importantly, they have the sweetest dog ever!!
