The location and views are fantastic. Staff are very nice, friendly and informative. Yianas at reception is doing a great job as is the lovely guy that brings the breakfast (these are who have most interactions with guests). We did like the breakfast delivery but it gets repetitive after few days (we stayed 5nights) great to have restaurants/shop etc on your doorstep. Lovely to have the pool and the higher level sun deck to laze about and take in the scenery. Pool towels provided which is great.

Freshly prepared, multi-course breakfast every morning. The staff were all SO pleasant, kind, and helpful. The owner (and his dog :)) were fantastic and to friendly. We LOVED the location... it was so quiet and serene, amazing view from our room where we could watch the sun set every night. Least crowded area between Fira and Oia. Walk-able to restaurants in Imerovigli and Fira.

Amazing location! Petros and staff so wonderful and kind. Breakfast on the private patio overlooking the caldera. Right on the footpath for a 10 km hike to Ia for the sunset. Minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Private and quiet. Stay here and get the best Santorini experience ever! Can’t say enough good things!

My daughter absolutely loved that there was a shared playground she could use and meet the owner’s dog. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Each windmill has a unique color and the rooms have comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was great for breakfast and light cooking and the location was convenient for exploring all the main villages of Santorini.
The location is great, room view is amazing. The bed was comfortable, bed sheets and toiletries have a very good quality, many energy plugs (great when you have camera, phone,etc to charge), nice decoration.
They provided a bottle of water and free 4 capsules of coffee for the nespresso.
Pet friendly with no extra charge. Friendly stuff (thank you Irini).
