Great location with an amazing view. We stayed in number 1 with a washing machine (rest does not have a washing machine), on the top floor giving a view from all sides. Rooms are clean and the AC works perfectly. Close to Agios Nikitas which is lovely.

We stayed in a beautiful villa at the end of the season, and it was the best holiday of all. I did not expect such service in Greece, the wonderful Stella took care of us from the first minute of our stay, every day we were treated to wonderful breakfasts, with a gorgeous view, and also incredible treats during the day. Me and my girlfriend had wonderfull time in Lefkas Petra apartments. Staff was really helpfull and kind, we had everything we needed. Location is tremendious, just 5 minutes from the beach in Agios Nikitas and 20 minutes from Milos. It is also positioned great for other beaches reachable by short car drive.
Beautiful clean rooms with breathtaking view. Definitely ideal place for relaxing and peaceful vacation. Owners are very kind and helpful. I personally appreciate a lot that this place is pet friendly as well because we travel with our furry friend.
Lefkas Petra is located perfectly in Agios Nikitas, very close to the city centre and the beach while placed within a peacfull zone. The breakfast was amazing and would definitelly recommend it. The view was great. The room was cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The hostess made sweets on a daily bases which was a wonderful snack after the beach.
The house is on the beachfront. You can hear the sea from the bed. Cleaning is done daily. The sheets are clean and the bed is comfortable. The location and the beach are pet friendly (at the location you will be asked to keep the dog on a leash). Eri is ready to help you if you need it.
The location was very good, approachable by bus. The walk to the nearest beach is about 5 minutes, but it is also close to some other beaches like Katishma, Petra, etc. It was good value for the money. What I liked the most was the hoasts. I think I haven’t met as nice people as they were and very quick to do anything you asked them to. If I am ever to return to Agios Nikitas, I will be sure to come to Iris studios. Thank you for everything!
Very nice spacious room with an amazing spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Great pool to swim in and laze by. Dog friendly. Very nice staff who go the extra mile.
We loved our staying at Lefkas Petra. The lovely location, comfortable room, very good home made variable breakfast, the host Marina was super kind 😊 They clean the room every day like in a hotel, and we got a “present” every day in the fridge.
The hostess was excellent. She received us personally and gave us several tips for our stay in Petras.
The location is also good. Access to the beach is very close and easy.
