Cosy Kefalonian home, everything is well arranged, views are to die for (do wake up early to watch sunrise over Ithaki!), we also enjoyed disco showers. Adriana is an amazing hostess and a good person, who is just nice to have a chat with! Highly recommend.

Great location near Sami (5mins by car), which is one of the main seaport in the Island. We arrived late due to flight delay but the host was very nice waiting for us to show the main facilities that the house offers (it has also the washing machine!). The house is quiet and peaceful and it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; we stayed there for a week and every couple of days the house was cleaned up and refilled with fresh veggies, fruits and eggs from the host’s garden. The lovely couple that rent the house lives in the neighborhood and is always available for any support needed. Very recommended!

The location was not on the main road but this is what we wanted. Quiet, clean close to Sami town (less than 10 mins). Central access to main roads To go anywhere on the island. The view is great. The staff were really nice and helped us out with questions, directions and anything we needed. The kids were able to play in the front yard/parking area. Everything was nicely setup for us and ready to go. Free wifi included.
Definitely would recommend and would come back when we visit the island again.

Perfect location! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family of four. Lovely beach right opposite, restaurants 1 minute walk away. The house was cleaned everyday and beds made while we were at the beach, fresh towels and sheets every other day, the hosts were very caring and easy to contact. Great air-conditioning, front and back patios, great sea views, good hot water shower and fast WiFi. I'm so glad we picked Ritsa house, I cant imagine better accommodation in Ayia Evfimia

We were met by the owners on arrival, including Larry, the very old but beautiful boxer dog. The room was great and the kids loved the bunk beds, with a leaf over the top bunk and soft toys with sweets being a lovely touch. The view was amazing and the location was perfect!
Great location! Very central. The host received us with delicious tradicional desserts and there was a very cute cat that wanted to be petted and made our breakfasts much happier :)

Absolutely fantastic! Quiet place, two floors in the house, big terrace with super comfortable furniture, flowers all around, a place for grilling, amazing view. It is possible to sit on the terrace and look at the sea and mountains. The owner was very nice and friendly. Our dog was absolutely happy as well to spend a lot of time outside in the yard. Comfortable bed, all the necessary equipment inside the house. Great location for discovering the Island.
