Super accommodating host. We arrived very late - after their check-in hours - and the host ensured that we were informed of where to pick-up our keys. The facilities are very spacious and had enough space for a family of five and our two large dogs that we travelled with. After a long day on the road, this was like an oasis for us. Friendly staff that we met the next morning. If you need a place for a short stay-over, we can definitely recommend this property.
Location, right at the centre of the town. Next to supermarket Masoutis. They have a private car park which is chargeable but the staff were proactive to suggest street parking just outside the hotel, and guide us which lots to take,
We’ve stayed at this hotel before and returned because it is so good. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were brilliant! A perfect location to explore the area or just to pass through. Breakfast was lovely- as previously. Great value for money. There is a super taverna about 300 meters down the road - very reasonably priced. We look forward to staying again.
The location was lovely, the managers delightful and the breakfast fresh and very generous. We very much enjoyed our shared spa experience, which they threw in as a present, but it wasn't for the faint hearted - the facilities were from the '50s and the water dark brown from the old pipes!!! But we loved it.
For the beginning, everything is just like on photos, no fish eye or other photoshop effect. Excellent location, inside of old town with private parking. Balcony is something little bit extra which brings another level of enjoyment.
I had an absolutely delightful stay at K Houses in Arta City. The location is serene, providing a peaceful stay while being conveniently close to the town's attractions. The accommodation was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It was a pleasant surprise. First of all I could not believe how beautiful the outside space was. Full of green, tall trees, an old bus, cute dogs and cats enjoying the shade from the trees. There are multiple buildings at the site and all of them looked well kept. The owners were very friendly and likeable. The room was very decent for the price. The AC unit was old but worked fine. The room was clean, there were fresh sheets and towels. I wish I had booked this for a few days to relax.
Fresh rooms in a nice building. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and the aircon worked well for heating. Hot water and nice bathroom. Dog friendly place.
