Although The booking didn't include breakfast, We were very surprised with all the croissants, homemade cupcakes, homemade cookies and jams that were included in our room, as well as complimentary water, tea, and coffee, all refilled daily.
There were more than enough towels, even small face towels which we don't usually find in other bookings.
The balcony is suitable for a calm and relaxing breakfast, which we enjoyed every morning.
The staff, who are also the owners, are the friendliest we've encountered, recommending food and travel locations, and helping us with knoweldge about the island.
A beautifull beach is within walking distance (about 200m) and a yummy traditional restaurant with giant portions is literally across the road.
If we come back to Tinos island, we are definitely staying there again.

Very nice accomodation, good and quiet location. There are some stairs to reach the property from the beach/parking lot but it wasn't an issue for us. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Also, we received a great recommendation for hiring a car and spent a couple of days exploring the island. The owner helped us with a free transfer from the port and back. Tinos is such an incredibile island, we will definitely come back.

We just had the best holiday. The location was amazing, a couple of minutes walk from a lovely beach, with some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The area is quite and tidy, ideal for families or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was just as described, and had everything we needed. The room was cleaned daily, the staff is friendly and very caring. Looking forward to going back next year!
Natasa and Yorgos are exceptional hosts! They shared the best recommendation to visit the island. The hotel is ideally located between two beautiful beaches, and has swimming pool for windy days, which is super convenient. The hotel has a parking, and is located only 10 minutes from Khora. We loved our stay and we hope to be back soon.

We spent a lovely week at Oikia Petra. The apartment is newly built, clean and well-maintained. It is located on a hill slightly remote and at altitude so that there is no noise coming from the road or town, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The view from there is amazing. It is also only 3 minutes by car from one of the best beaches of the island.
Kiria Efi and her family welcomed us with great hospitality and we are looking forward to coming back again.

We loved absolutely everything!! Our room was so clean, nicely designed, and we had a nice balcony with sea view amongst the bougainvilliers! Renia was so kind and helpful from the first day to the last, and all the staff was super polite! We loved the location next to the beach but also as a starting point for all the exploration we did! Also, they welcomed our dog and made us feel comfortable every step of the way!
