Set back away from the main road which was great for feeling a little more secluded but everything was an easy walk.
Two bottles of water every day was great, made a huge difference.

The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach and to many amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The check in/out process was seamless and the owner was very accommodating and friendly. This villa was amazing value for your money and we would definitely stay again!

We loved it all! The room was big, bright, and beautiful. The balcony was stunning, featuring amazing views along with a great drying rack, chairs, and a table. I noticed other reviews mentioned that the beam on the balcony blocks the view when seated, which is true; counter-height chairs would be a nice addition. However, we didn't mind scrunching down a bit to enjoy our wine while taking in the view.
We absolutely adored the closets—my daughter and I each had our own, which helped keep things organized and tidy. The shower had amazing pressure, even better than what I have at home. They also provided us with the sweetest welcome gift and helpful information about the area.
Many people mentioned the stairs to the beach, and we loved them! They added to the charm and made us feel exclusive. There’s a path that leads from the stairs to the beach that feels secret and special. The beach itself was great, with a sandbar that extends quite far and was not busy. We didn’t rent chairs; instead, we made our way to the left and found a cozy spot for ourselves.
You will need a car to stay at this location, but we would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful owners who came every day to collect bins and tidy around. It was really good choice for our family vacation. The selection and quality of food was good. Room was clean. Hotel staff was really friendly. In this hotel animation team are inviting to a lot of different activities like voleyball, aquagym, aquazumba, petanka and many others. We have a great holiday at Villa Tina Apartments and did really enjoy our stay there.
Location, location, location! Huge balcony with 180 degree views which included sea, mountains and countryside. Cleanliness, absolutely spotless (thanks to the lovely Maggie). Swimming pool and beautiful grounds, plus easy access to the beach which was just across the road. Less than five minutes walk to an amazing restaurant, Zephyros, and as an added bonus, a resident cat and kitten, plus not forgetting Kookie Maggie's little dog!
All was great, nice location, very good facilities, staff really great. Best option for families with small children. Good food, available all the time, sparkling clean, fresh water all the time, the beach is clean, with sand and small rocks, the pool was great. Animation team wonderful!
We enjoyed our stay in the Villa Joanna very much. The area around the Villa is very quiet but still close to Acharavi (with a lot of restaurants and shops). We even had some furry friends (cats) who came over to visit us every day. Joanna and her husband are very nice and attentive and always did respond very quickly to our answers.
The pleasant attitude of the staff, practical comfort, (had family rooms) , flexibility of staff to, personal needs, pet friendly, accessibility of the beach, the animation teams programs every evening which are a cute touch
Extreamly good, nice, friendly, helpful staff. Reception helped me to get flowers for my wife for her birthday, they solved all my questions to them! They all are very competent and motivated! Good location - just 1 minute from the loooong, clean and comfotable beach. Big pool, children pool, many activities by animation team. Good asorti of food.
