I chose this property over others having read the positive reviews & im glad I stayed here, it was a delight (although it’s next to a main road, don’t hear any traffic noise inside the property)

The room was very spacious and the decor neutral and calming. The double bed was very comfortable better than i have experienced in other hotels. The room was booked for the accessibility and safety handrails aspect of the shower and bathroom facilities and i was not disappointed as these were exceptional.

The hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. Just right for a short stay. Lots of quirky decorations that catch your eye.

Lovely host, dog friendly with 8 acres at the rear. Nice view of the Wrekin from property. Comfortable sitting room with nice sized TV. Very well equipped - nicely furnished and kitted out.
The breakfast was everything you would expect of a full English Buffet, which was well cooked and there was an option to have other things such as salmon etc for a nominal amount. The decor was sophisticated, with warm carpets throughout the corridors. There was a lot of attention to detail and the spar facilities were very relaxing and calm. The grounds were spacious and you had the feel of being out in the countryside.
Good, central location and easy to check in and check out- especially when our trains got delayed - digital check in was hassle free. Bed was comfortable and clean fresh bedding. Carpet in a reasonable condition and overall the flat was quite clean. Relatively spacious. Good amenities - kettle, fridge, hair dryer, mirrors etc. Host responsive prior to checking in.

Good Location, a short distance of 15-minute walk from the station. Lots of restaurants/food shops local - location is convenient. The room was basic, tidy, and did the job. The Hotel needs updating, from the décor to repairs - the carpets and wear and tear is significant. I would stay again and recommend just an overnight stay or a very short stay.
Lovely property in a quiet area. The Round House which is self catering and dog friendly was perfect for us visiting family in the area. It was great to come back to in the evening to chill out after busy days. Wonderful comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Fully fitted kitchen. Relaxing lounge area. Great bathroom. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard we can’t fault it and it’s somewhere we return to whenever we’re in the area.
