Offering a variety of animal-ready amenities, these properties promise a great stay for pets and people. Services can include sitting services, specialized bedding, and dog-walking. Some hotels even offer fun perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratching posts.
Lovely location, good food, flexible staff (particularly as we arrived late Sat and still had time to have food). Rooms comfortable and mostly refurbished, as for 'worn carpets' in communal areas, not an issue!
Location was good and the village of Benson very picturesque. Lovely beer garden and rooms were clean and had nice toiletries and tea/coffee facilities.
Staff in bar very friendly and helpful.
Appreciated their welcome for our dog also, treats for dogs on bar and access to fresh water was a nice touch

Room was was gorgeous. Bed was comfy and shower excellent. Gorgeous bath which I unfortunately didn't get time to use. Evening meal was tasty too.
Had to leave early both mornings so didn't get a chance to have breakfast. Also found out they have pet friendly rooms so will definitely return with my dogs.
As a dog owner the fact that the allocated dog rooms have very good access to the outside via the night door was brilliant. No need to walk the dogs through the entire pub/restaurant area. Plus the owners are dog owners themselves so your pets are truly welcome.
The location is beautiful, amazing walks going in every direction. The staff team were really brilliant, super helpful and very kind. It's a dog friendly hotel and they even made some sausages at breakfast for my dog.
The position on the River Thames was perfect and a short drive to local villages and towns. The room was large and well decorated. The staff were very accommodating and a great cooked breakfast. Pet friendly hotel which seem to be a rarity in the area, a big thank you for allowing us to bring our dog.
