It was absolutely gorgeous, right down to every little detail. Staff make you feel so so welcome, the whole vibe inside is so cosy it was incredible! Very clean , friendly staff and the rooms were modern
Lovely quiet accommodation block. Clean and good size for our needs. Inn was comfortable, excellent food, lovely friendly staff. Dog friendly. Made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back to stay and sample more of the food (looked amazing and good value) we arrived a little late as stopped to eat on route. We couldn't resist the desserts though! Breakfast was also good quality and excellent value. All staff were great, a real credit to the place.
Great location, friendly staff, definitely dog friendly. We had a double room at the front of the building and it was huge, it would easily have held 2 double beds, very comfy bed, very clean, nicely decorated and due to the extra glazing on the windows and the layout of the hotel there was very minimal noise from the bar below. Freshly cooked breakfast (delicious) included in the price we paid. Definitely recommend. We will definitely be back.
The property was in a quiet location apart from a very annoying barking dog somewhere close by which wasn’t the owners one I would like to point out. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable and there was tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom is across the landing from the bedroom. It is upstairs so you do have to be mobile.
Pub seemed to have been recently renovated: room & bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean. Carpet better quality than at home! Very comfortable room. Our deal meant that our child went free. Lovely location right on river, with it's own car park. We very much appreciated that our dog was welcomed. Good food, with speciality burgers for evening meal, and good quality breakfast. River walks, high street and shops right outside.
The location was ideal as it was very near where I was visiting family.
I stayed there with my pet dog, and was made to feel very welcome, the room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were adequate and very enjoyable.
I would recommend to other visitors.
An easy to get to location, very close to a common for dog walking. Good food, friendly staff. Good views from the beer garden. Accommodation separate from the pub with a sitting area.
