Location was great we had an early flight from Birmingham airport so this was an ideal stop off for an overnight stay for a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house is about 5 minute drive to airport parking and the terminal.
The owner was brilliant with his communications the information sent through to locate the property and to gain access.
Dan also provided some sweets for the kids, chocolates for the adults and essentials like tea, coffee a loaf of bread and some milk.
Our little girl also left one of her Christmas jumpers in the house and Dan was good enough to get in contact with us to let us know but also popped it in the post for us free of charge.
This is an ideal spot to stay the night before a flight or if you’re returning on a late flight and need somewhere to stay.
I would happily recommend this to family and friends and will always look to use this if we fly from Birmingham in the future.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. This was an exceptional accommodation. Myself and my daughter absolutely loved this place and it was a little walk from the canal.
The room was stocked with a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and even pastries and jam for breakfast.
The farm owner was very friendly, alongside the alpacas, horses and even the farm dogs were welcoming 😊
Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. Perfect location with many food options to choose from. Pub adjacent has great food and prices quite reasonable.
Very clean and had all of the little touches you need like tea/coffee, towels, hairdryer, fan, pets allowed for a fee. Very good value for money. Only downside (not the hotels fault) The pub it's connected to doesn't take dogs. We would have definitely had breakfast etc if that was the case.
Pleasant staff. Clean, good value and good location. Pets were welcome. There was a park at the rear to walk the dog. Free parking. Shops and restaurants all in walking distance.
