The room was perfect and lady we dealt with was amazingly helpful. Even though the pub was closed for renovations the lady was more than happy to come back to the accommodation to let us have plates, cutlery and glasses to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely return when the property is fully operational again.

This is a real gem. Lovely property with a fantastic garden and parking.
The host really looked after us, great breakfast outside, even a blanket for our legs to sit outside in the evening sun.
The room was big, clean, and very light with a comfortable bed and a massive en-suite.
Not forgetting 'Nutmeg' the resident dog, such a character.
We loved it and will return.
The facilities were excellent, and we were impressed by how clean and tidy was the public area on Monday morning after they were crammed with Euro supporters the previous night. The cost of the twin room was very competetive and the breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The location in the centre of Sherborne and opposite the Abbey was highly convenient.

price was competitive - but honestly I'd had a long day and if I'd had the energy I'd have just gone straight back downstairs, asked for a refund and left. If I'd slept in the car I would have probably had a better night.
