Fabulous location, 8 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. The apartment was really lovely and clean, beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our one night stay to celebrate a special birthday. Our Host, Jennie was wonderful and answered all our questions about bars and places to visit, she was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

I arrived at night & the hotel sign was large & lit up, so I could easily see the entrance. Check-in was quick. The room was clean with free super fast internet, TV, fridge & microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Lidl & Tesco was nearby, so was great for buying a few things & topping up petrol for my car. Great location to travel & see places. Also, it was lovely to wake up to the beautiful sounds of birds, and the garden view was very nice.

The house is very poorly, cheaply furnished, furniture was falling apart when we arrived. Rubbish down the side of the single bed, and the carpet on the stairs looked like it had never been vacuume
good location, accomodation was comfortable excpet heating was not working in bed room, it was ok in bathroom and Tv lounge area. WC seat was broken , door to wash room was malfunctioning and was difficult to lock.
no Iron was available which the host informed was taken by previous guest so he ordered new which arrived at my check out day otherwise stay was comfortable, check in was very smooth and all details were sent via email before my arrival. no house keeping during whole stay.

I made the booking for a relative, but he was very happy with hotel. The room was excellent and the location was convenient for him. The price was very competitive for the area.
Location was ideal as my wife was competing in the Manchester marathon. We were only a few minutes away from the tram network. Rose View whilst small, has everything you need for a short stay. Clean and tidy with really friendly hosts. Short drive to local shops and restaurants. Including the Trafford centre.
