This is a new build property on a new estate, very clean. Owner left lots of useful messages around the property to help with the usability. We had access to the entire house. Excellent property, quiet area. Other residents seemed to be at work. Very close to Walsall centre, but far enough away to not be affected by traffic. All amenities available for a family.

Fantastic cabin in a really good location. Booked for a trip to the Snowdome and couldn't have been easier to get there and back. Log burner already on when we arrived and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Buttercross Cottage is a charming old cottage thoughtfully equipped for a very comfortable holiday. Located in a beautiful village with lots of walks and eating out places on the doorstep. Genuinely dog friendly, a very well equipped kitchen, great bathroom, comfy beds and the private little courtyard off the sitting room much appreciated during the summer weather.
Lovely room and excellent location. The decor and comfort were second to none. The staff were friendly and attentive. The homemade cakes left for us were a lovely surprise and nice touch. I would recommend. staying here if you wanted a quiet,, comfortable base for exploring the area. Loved the canal close by, the ducks were fab and being on a working farm added to the experience. Plus being dog friendly was a huge bonus, we felt comfortable with our dog being with us here.
Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. The added little touches like free cake, bottled water and a fan in the room were much appreciated. Extremely dog friendly and a really good location, just 30 seconds walk from the canal. The café is also great!
Stunning Cottage that looks better in real life. Mel and family made us feel so welcome, answered any questions and recommended places to see and visit. A day trip to Alton Towers, Go Ape and the National Memorial Arboretum. They couldn't doo enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Welcome pack of fresh eggs, milk, bread and coffee was lovely. Our daughters loved feeding the friendly sheep and collecting fresh morning eggs and well as visits from the friendly cats and dogs. Would definitely recommend and return.
