Staff took care of washing and drying my laundry. At first I thought 9£ was rather expensive, but it's actually pretty normal for WHW.
Oh yeah and the building really DOES look nice (even though the pouring rain made it hard to appreciate it).
Very well equipped kitchen, GREAT heating (the dog and baby appreciated the underfloor heating when it was minus 2 outside), spotlessly clean, great location, lovely garden

Beautiful location, very nice room, really great and friendly staff who helped with anything we needed help with, amazing veggie curry for dinner, nice breakfast. Great place to stop on the West Highland Way. Infact, this with Inversnaid Bunkhouse was our favorite place. We met really nice like- minded people and staff was amazing. Super dog friendly. They catered for all our special requests- gluten free and milk free. What a lovely place and lovely people!
Fantastic location, we stayed in 6-bed private room, and it was what you would expect from a hostel. V basic, no plugs by beds or lights etc. but was what we needed for the night. Had a meal which was nice enough, nice tuck shop that sells alcohol and snacks etc. Showers were excellent after long day of walking. Staff were lovely and v helpful. Nice room to sit in the evenings with a lovely view. Dog friendly. Great stop for WHW.
Incredible location on the beach, at the bottom of Ben Lomond, on the loch and watersports hire. All whilst feeling very remote and away from it all. A very lovely lodge cute, comfy sofa, had everything you needed and a gated decking great for dogs and little children,
