Wonderful, clean, and comfortable apartment. Great location close to everything we wanted to do/see. Also close to public transit and grocery stores, which was convenient! The hosts were very timely with answering any questions and have the apartment set up very nice. Next time we come to Scotland this will be the first place we look at availability!

The location was a bit off, and it takes about 40 min till the city center, but at the same time that's also a good thing because the hotel has that small town vibe, breakfast was great and the staff were just amazing

Quite near the team station and large supermarket Tesco, nice ho stress with her lovely Bully dog and two little cats. Nice Scottish breakfast included.
Andy and Sheila are amazing hosts, our stay with them was exceptional and we truly felt welcome. The house is located in a quiet neigbourhood, very clean and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with variety of items that we enjoyed very much. Millie, the dog, was a good company as well :)
The house is located in a relatively quiet area in the city, although with shops, petrol station and restaurants all on walking distance. Within 20 minutes by car a free P&R in Edinburgh is reached. From there only 30 minutes to Edinburgh centre by tram.
The house is a bit outdated, however efforts to modernise the house are visible, the kitchen has new equipement and the bedrooms had new carpets. The owner left us a welcome sign and basket with cookies, crisps and juice.
downstairs rooms living room/kitchen/dining room all very modern. upstairs rooms a little more dated and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, however, the amount of rooms was a big plus. dog friendly was a huge bonus and there were menus etc for ease of finding food. my main recommendation would be to provide some instructions around the cooking facilities as this was a touch confusing (induction job).
Very dated good location otherwise very dated i had our small dog with us let her out back for quick toilet the security light wasn't working I tripped & banged my head on wall garden need upgraded in a terrible state bathroom very dated also won't be back unfortunately
