As a student who needed somewhere to stay for work at the hospital - this place was very convenient as it is located very close to it. Smooth check in/out process - although I unfortunately did not get to meet the host we communicated well over text and she was more than helpful and definitely would go out her way to accommodate to a guests needs. The room was tidy and was better than I had expected - I was very pleased throughout the stay. 100% a great value for money!

Great location. Very peaceful, comfortable and perfect outside area for exercising our very small dogs. The cottage had everything you could want. There were some delicious scones with jam and clotted cream awaiting us upon arrival - yummy! We were staying between Christmas and New Year so there was a Christmas tree outside the front window and one inside, plus decorations, which was a lovely festive touch.

Very welcoming on arrival , Large comfortable bed , snacks giving that extra treat tea& coffe great shower , The surroundings were outstanding over looking the Lickey Hills great location would definitely stay here again.

My kids & I enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with warm smiles when we arrived and all through our stay. The rooms were clean and neat. The location was just perfect with shops around. Definitely would be back when next we are in Birmingham.

Very handy location, 5 mins walk from the station and right in the city centre. Staff very friendly, breakfast was fine with plenty of choice constantly being topped up

The location was great for the NEC. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms, 1 including a dog. We were advised of the extra charge for a dog prior to booking. Previous reviews had worried us but we couldn’t fault a thing. Would definitely stay again
I loved that the hosts really welcomed me and my dog and also recommended a pet friendly place near by for dinner (7 min drive in car). They made sure everything was comfortable for me for the night.
