Free Carparking at property in quiet location. The train station was within walking distance for Leeds city centre and is only a 10 mins journey. Morley town centre is also in walking distance and has lovely bars and restaurants.

It was dog friendly with a secure garden.
We loved the chickens, the lovely rural location &, for us, the fact it was located midway between our family members.
There was also a very dog friendly pub a short walk away.
The owner couldn't have been nicer too.
Lovely location . Staff went that extra mile for our comfort and convenience and room was lovely and relaxing . Breakfast was delicious. And so welcoming to our dogs .
Fabulous Property in a Fabulous Location
What an amazing place to stay, we couldn’t fault a thing!
We booked as a group of 10 with 2 dogs and were staying for a friend’s birthday party.
We were all blown away by the grandeur and the high end spec of the property.
The beds are super comfy, and the decor throughout is fabulous.
The hot tub was lovely after a day out hiking.
We’ll definitely be booking again! Would love to come back in the summer when we can make full use of the gardens too! Big thank you from us both.
The location of the guest house is peaceful and has a lovely view over the fields. The room was OK. Unfortunately cooked breakfasts aren't on the menu, so only cereal and toast is available. The owner, Peter, helped us when we had a problem with our car which we were very grateful for. We will be revisiting again soon.
Really lovely location and very convenient. We took our two dogs one only 5months and it was very secure we could let them out freely in the back garden. The property was very clean and beautifully presented.
Secure parking area. Quiet location. Private spacious accommodation. Excellent host. Allowed dogs. Our go to place for stays in the area in the future.
