The property was easy to get to and the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The binder had clear instructions for everything. It was a very nice location with little traffic. The staff was incredibly friendly and even came outside to show us where to park. The people next door made sure we had the door key before going upstairs to our rooms.

Location for our family gathering was excellent. The pub was quite so no extra noise. Good access to the room via private access so you could come and go as you wished. Great football field and fields just behind the pub to walk the dog.
The property is fantastic, the host is very helpful, we received the instructions in advance. The only thing is the host is not available to speak on call so if something is unclear, you have to chat with him or check instructions.
