Staff were amazing. Very dog friendly hotel even gave our dog a bag with a toy and treats in it. Made us all feel very welcome and we're always friendly and upbeat.
Convenient for the Sandwell and Dudley Railway Station. Rooms always clean and hotel dog friendly. Staff were first class although breakfast was very crowded and appeared only one member of staff trying to keep things topped up on first day at hotel. Sunday had more staff in attendance, so was much better. If I go down the Midlands I always try to book in at the Oldbury hotel as first choice.
