Staff helpful and friendly. Room fairly standard but everything supplied - as expected on the budget. Pillows and duvet could do with updating and the tv remote needed a good clean. Very busy breakfast service but handled very well by staff. Would use again.

Location, fact it is dog friendly! Lovely big fields out back for dogs go for a run. Hungry horse pub right next door is a bonus too. We stayed here twice now and gladly come again
Good parking. Bar and food. Plenty of Tea Coffee in room. Great Shower. Plenty of soap and shower gel. Ample Towels in excellent condition. Located 5 mins drive from motorway. The attached Bar is pet friendly and easy to pop out from your room if you smoke. Plenty of outside seating.
The location is brilliant only a few minutes from the m4. The staff could not do enough for you. Cleanliness was fantastic. The restaurant is attached to the hotel and the food was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and really made a effort to make us welcome. This hotel is pet friendly and made sure my dog had sausages every morning for breakfast and made such a fuss of him. I had such a good experience I have booked another stay for a months time.

Comfy lounge area with pet friendly section which we used daily throughout our stay. Good selection of evening menu options and bar. A lovely quiet stay despite being a busy family holiday weekend.
