Staff was rude, it was late and we came back with 2 friends. They made our friends stand outside in the freezing cold and wouldn’t allow them inside.

I was very disappointed as the room was very stuffy and hot. The air conditioning was not working and the window did not open. Soon as I was switching the air conditioning on, it’ll go off within 5 seconds. I told the staff member and they said they will let the maintenance guy know in the morning. I had a very sleepless night as it was too hot and stuffy in the room.

The location was ideal for our purpose, the host very accessible and even came over to help us with the central heating. He even sent a video on how to access the property. All facilities were in good condition and present. I would highly recommend this self catering home and would definitely stay here if we need to in future.
Location because it was close to family, close to a convenience store and close to bus stops. House was clean and kitchen had lots of freezer and fridge space and a decent cooker.
The apartment was absolutely perfect, lovely big couch in the living area in front of a big tv and a kitchen that had everything you could need. Bedrooms are great sizes and very comfy beds. The area was very quiet so perfect night's sleep.
Location was spot on, we were visiting family in Morley and the apartment is just a 5 to 10 min walk from Morley centre with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Great communication throughout from the owner who was so helpful and pleasant.
