This hotel has covered all the small details. From reception to the room everything was amazing. Lovely atmosphere, modern decor and super comfortable. The room was huge and the bed and pillows were so comfy we had an amazing sleep. The shower and toiletries provided were so good. The kitchenette was very convenient (as well as all the items that can be provided if needed). We could not hear any noise from the other rooms or corridor so weren't disturbed by other guests either. The staff were also fab and really helpful. We only stayed one night and we wish we were there for longer to take advantage of the bar as well. We were so grateful to have 12pm checkout as that seems so hard to come by nowadays. Location is amazing for shopping, nightlife and Piccadilly station so it was really ideal for our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Whoever started this hotel had a lot of imagination and a great sense of humor! The place is awesome! Bed was comfy, heated floor in bathroom, you get a free welcome drink and a dinner when you arrive, the location is great, the rooftop bar was fun, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful- just cannot say enough! I double- booked a room and I didn't mean to- they refunded the money! I would definitely recommend the place and if ever in Manchester again- we know where we're staying! P/s- don't miss the downtown library- what a treat! Moose Coffee is pretty yummy too

The place was amazing. Everything you needed. Kitchen garden room was beautiful. Host was superb. Allowed to check out later for free and parking right outside. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Tea coffee machines ect. It really a nice getaway.

everything about the property was amazing. from the onset of booking, right to departure everything was amazing!! Mike was so easy to deal with and he had organised a Bolt for our departure so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The beds are so comfortable and the apartment is so so homely.
