Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Reception at the hotel was very good, with a drink offered until the apartment was ready, at which point we were taken the short walk to the property and shown around it. They even booked us a table for dinner on the terrace - which is not usually possible - because a private event had taken over the bar where we had planned to eat.
We stayed in one of the townhouse apartments. It's actually a whole house! Beautifully equipped and decorated (for our tastes). Everything was very high quality, from the water provided in the fridge to the beds and bed linens. Couldn't fault the property at all.

The size and location of the room. We stayed in one of the stable rooms outside which we loved. The location. The outdoor area. The friendly staff. The food. The fact that they are dog friendly. The rooms are decorated beautifully. The tapas food they offer was delicious. Lovely pub.
Great location, very peaceful, dog friendly, pretty high street with independent shops, good restaurants nearby, lots of local walks, towels, bedding, tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate provided, the kitchen has all the basics you need (including cleaning items), some lovely views, a spacious main bedroom, good value for money.
The cottage was located in easy walking distance of the beautiful town centre. The cottage itself was beautiful and comfortable. A really thoughtful welcome hamper was also provided, filling our family film afternoon with treats. It was pet friendly and plenty of space for us and our puppy's crate.
