We had a nice stay with Sally and her two little friendly dogs. We stayed on the ground floor, she lives above, so we had enough privacy. We had access to the garden, kitchen, and a private bathroom. The bathroom could use some maintenance, but it did not disrupt our stay. It met our expectations, at a reasonable price. The room itself is small but very cozy and attractive. The location is great! A 5-minute walk takes you to the center of Lichfield with nice eateries and shops. We would love to come back again! Thanks Sally
Absolutely wonderful stay !!! we love stopping in the holiday inn. Great food . Dog friendly. Jack was just lovely and a real credit to the holiday inn.
Receptionist was lovely, so welcoming and helpful, very warm and friendly. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding and duvet. A bath and a shower, tea and coffee making in room. Clean carpet. Early check out no longer needed and this was refunded, much appreciated! Bags were stored for us after check out - really helpful. Very good location.
