Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior).
The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall.
We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet.
The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu).
The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

This is Bristol's best kept secret!!!! This is an amazing place where you have everything you need at hand and the vegan breakfast is also quite a treat. The animal of the sanctuary are very well looked after and very friendly.

Great central location, yet very quiet thanks to double glazing. Beautiful Art Deco design with highly professional staff. The room is well-equipped with a kettle, tea, a coffee machine, and coffee. Very comfortable mattress and an excellent breakfast. A restaurant and bar are available downstairs. Highly recommended!

The location was absolutely perfect (close to restaurants, shops and sights), and we were delighted by how beautifully decorated and cosy the cottage felt. The attention to detail, from the high-quality bathroom products to the excellent kitchen appliances, was outstanding. The host was exceptionally friendly, and the check-in process was seamless. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

I love the location, and the garden, the room was plenty spacious with plenty of furniture for storage and a desk and even a little sitting areas. There was also a plug socket near the bed which is a must.
