The location is great - near Jesmond Metro, easy to reach by car from the A1, and a 20-minute walk to the Ouseburn area we were visiting. The staff at the Holiday Inn are always friendly and courteous. The kitchenette is a real boon for those who need to cater for themselves.
This time we were in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The kitchenette was suitably equipped with enough crockery for three and two frying pans (though I'd have preferred one saucepan), as well as microwave, small kettle, and toaster.
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Great location as close to main routes and great shops/supermarket/petrol within a couple of minutes drive. Room & shared bathroom facilities were really clean and plenty of tea/coffee/bottles of water available.
We stayed to go to a gig at the Stadium of Light. The Metro stop is just across the road so it couldn’t have been easier to get there. Really great location, clean, comfortable.
This hotel is next to the metro station. It was perfect for me because I went to Sunderland next day.

Stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Room and bathroom were very clean. Arrived early and host was accommodating. Room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for our night in newcastle as it was right next to the metro. Parked in the street for free right outside the property. Greggs just down the street for a bacon butty the next morning! Highly recommend.
The house had all of the essentials, and Damola had even provided thoughtful extras like snacks and tea and coffee. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. Damola is a pleasure to communicate with.
