Our stay was cozy with a great view of London! Though small (standard for London) but enough space for 2 people. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. The location is great. 5 mins to the underground and buses. Located in a safe area and secure building. There is a restaurant next door which is very convenient.

The building is cool, I like the design. Love the big communal downstairs restaurant/bar/work space. The room itself was pretty nice size and the bed was comfy. Location is pretty good, but it's more Hackney than Shoreditch. This was my second stay there, and I would likely stay there again.
Offering a variety of animal-ready amenities, these properties promise a great stay for pets and people. Services can include sitting services, specialized bedding, and dog-walking. Some hotels even offer fun perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratching posts.
Mari was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed me all the facilities and checked I had parked my car in a convenient, safe location. She asked if there was anything I needed and got me some extra tea and coffee upon request.
Mari made sure I had an extra blanket (I love heavy covers), but the room was cosy and warm anyway. I liked the decor and the carpet was nice and soft. The bathroom was bright and clean.
I had an excellent night's sleep as the neighborhood was lovely and quiet.
I hope to stay here again. Thank you Mari :)
Property location good. On- going decorating in the reception but not a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shame the carpet was old and dirty. Hallways had some lovely mirrors. We had a kettle but no cups, tea bags etc. We only stayed one night. Would definitely use the property again and hope the carpet will be new. Would take own cups tea bags, coffee etc. Great parking and good location for halal restaurants. Local bus stop just outside the property.
Very friendly and helpful host who lives in the main house next to the garden annexe. Perfectly located close to amenities and yet very quiet and peaceful. A short to Fairlop underground station, with frequent direct service into central London and an even shorter walk to a country park. The accommodation is dog friendly and represents very good value for money.
The landlord is such a nice person, always supportive and really cares about her customers. The location of the cottage is just awesome, next to it is Fairlop Waters Country Park, perfekt for running and walking the dog and even more important is, that Centralline is just at the doorstep...100yds. away from the cottage
The host was very kind and accommodating. Easy to speak with and showed us around our room nicely. She was very nice and hosted very well. The room was great, comfortable, clean and a great size for a couple. The location was nice also, easy walk to shops and a centre. The host also had a lovely husky named Loki who was very welcoming also for those who love dogs.
